买一把时令青菜,在街头菜农那里买,1元一把;在蔬菜市场上买,1.5-2元;若到超市里去买,至少得3元以上。同样的一把蔬菜,为什么价格差距这么大呢?除了众所周知的物流成本、税费因素外,超市昂贵的入场费也是一个重要原因。近日,郑州市政府纠风办下发《郑州市2012年纠风工作实施意见》(以下简称《意见》),表示要坚决纠正大型零售企业向供应商违规收费问题和物流领域的乱收费问题。前者降低交易成本、后者降低物流成本,如果真的能抓出成效,势必能为眼下的高物价降降温。
