建立了大气样品中包括有机氯农药、多氯联苯和二噁英在内的39种持久性有机污染物的同时检测方法。使用甲苯进行快速溶剂萃取,复合硅胶柱和活性炭柱进行前处理,实现了对大气样品中39种持久性有机污染物的同时净化分离。采用高分辨气质联机法对净化分离的样品进行检测。结果表明,39种目标化合物的平均相对响应因子范围为0.840~1.281,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.4%~18%之间;当大气样品体积为1000 m~3时,方法检出限均在0.1~0.5 fg/m~3之间,平均回收率在46.2%~110.0%之间。
A simultaneous method for the simultaneous determination of 39 persistent organic pollutants, including organochlorine pesticides, PCBs and dioxins, has been established in the atmospheric samples. Toluene was used for rapid solvent extraction, and silica gel column and activated carbon column were pretreated to achieve the simultaneous purification and separation of 39 kinds of persistent organic pollutants in atmospheric samples. Using high-resolution gas chromatography on the clean separation of samples for testing. The results showed that the average RSDs of the 39 target compounds ranged from 0.840 to 1.281 and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.4% to 18%. When the atmospheric sample volume was 1000 m 3, the detection limits were 0.1 ~ 0.5 fg / m ~ 3, the average recovery was between 46.2% ~ 110.0%.
