In order to investigate the effects of Astragalus sp. (also known as Astra-galus Complanatus) on the immune function of the mouse immune organ, spleen, different doses of Sha Yuanzi decoction were used to feed 615 pure mice and body weight was measured after 10 days. The animals were sacrificed. The spleen was weighed, the spleen coefficient was calculated, the spleen was made into a cell suspension, and the cell lysozyme content was measured. The spleen cells were cultured at 37° C. The dynamic changes of lysozyme activity and the lymphocyte transformation test were observed. Material I. Shayuanzi: provided by the Shaanxi Longnan medicinal materials company. The raw medicines were sifted and decocted twice as usual. The combined liquids were concentrated on a water bath (65°C-80°C) to 50% decoction.
