目的颈动脉粥样硬化是脑梗死的主要发病原因之一,探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)和64排CT动脉血管成像(CTA)对大脑中动脉系统梗死的诊断价值。方法选取的大脑中动脉系统梗死患者分别进行经颅多普勒和CTA检查大脑中动脉,以数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)为参照,比较其对大脑中动脉诊断的准确率,并进行分析。结果 TCD与CTA对诊断Ml段狭窄无显著性,对于诊断M2段狭窄具有显著性。结论 CTA诊断M2段狡窄优于TCD。
Objective Carotid atherosclerosis is one of the main causes of cerebral infarction, and to explore the diagnostic value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) and 64-slice CT arterial angiography (CTA) for the diagnosis of middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods The patients with middle cerebral artery occlusion underwent middle cerebral artery occlusion by transcranial Doppler and CTA respectively. The digital subtraction angiography (DSA) was used as reference. The accuracy of the diagnosis of middle cerebral artery was compared and analyzed . Results There was no significant difference between TCD and CTA in the diagnosis of Ml segment stenosis, which was significant for the diagnosis of M2 stenosis. Conclusion CTA is superior to TCD in diagnosing M2 segment stenosis.
