本文叙述了从苜蓿根瘤分离提纯豆血红蛋白的几种方法及某些性质。通过蛋白体外翻译和脉冲追踪试验,证明在分离的苜蓿豆血红蛋白 mRNA 中有其前体存在。免疫沉淀反应表明几种豆科植物间有比较近的亲缘关系。
This article describes several methods and some properties for the isolation and purification of hemoglobin from alfalfa nodules. In vitro protein translation and pulse tracing experiments demonstrated the presence of its precursor in isolated Alfalfa bean hemoglobin mRNA. Immunoprecipitation showed that several legumes have relatively close relationships.
