Introduction Lotus corniculatus L. is a leguminous perennial herbaceous plant. Grass yield, drought resistance though less than alfalfa, but its good quality, domestic animal appetite does not bulge. Heat-resistant, hardy, is a good forage. At present, Lotus root is still in the small area of introduction stage. Wild domestication, and in particular its use of mixed grass with other pastures to improve natural grassland and build large areas of artificial grasslands, are rare.
