随着社会、经济和科学技术的发展工程建设项目全面推行项目法人责任制、招标投标制、建设监理制及合同管理制。同时也促使了我国的工程造价管理已进入了一个全面发展时期,但是由于建设项目的复杂性,即工程规模大、涉及面广、技术复杂、周期长,使工程造价的管理任务非常繁重。加之工程造价管理业务的从业人员水平参差不齐,工程造价控制在很多方面存在着误区,尤其体现在工程竣工结算的审核上,在此,浅谈一下作为工程造价人员应如何审核工程竣工结算的问题。
