本文将企业的IPO融资决策与产品市场竞争结合起来,研究IPO对企业产品市场竞争的影响,实证分析IPO公司产品市场竞争效应及其影响因素,研究结果表明IPO对公司产品市场竞争具有正向促进作用。
This paper combines the IPO financing decision of enterprises with the competition of product market to study the impact of IPO on the competition of enterprise product market and the empirical analysis of IPO company’s product market competition effect and its influencing factors. The results show that IPO has a positive effect on the company’s product market competition effect.
