采用生长速率法研究了18种杀菌剂对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)的室内抑菌效果。研究结果表明:辣椒疫霉病菌对化学药剂表现敏感。其中50%烯酰吗啉WP、250 g/L吡唑嘧菌酯EC、100 g/L氰霜唑SC、20%氟吗啉WP、70%代森锰锌WP、500 g/L氟啶胺SC对辣椒疫霉菌抑菌效果较好,其EC50均<20μg/m L。5种杀菌剂的不同配比中,20%氟吗啉WP∶50%烯酰吗啉WP(1∶5)和500 g/L氟啶胺SC∶100 g/L氰霜唑SC(3∶3)的增效作用最为明显,其共毒系数分别为2 409.84和2 321.76。筛选出了对辣椒疫霉病菌室内抑菌效果较好的药剂,为进一步田间药效试验奠定了基础。
The antibacterial activity of 18 fungicides against Phytophthora capsici was studied by growth rate method.
