手机资费问题一直是人们关心的热点问题,如何区分并选择手机套餐非常值得研究。本文给出了北京和上海各手机套餐的资费计算模型,及资费运算程序,并通过比较给出了不同通话需求的用户选择套餐的依据;提出了评价手机套餐的六条准则,并利用层次分析法给出了如何评价手机套餐的数学模型,量化的解决了评判各套餐优劣的问题,通过比较得出上海的“全球通68套餐”是最优惠的套餐方案;最后针对北京市场建立了设计手机套餐的数学模型,并进行了检验,得出一组最合理的新方案。 The issue of mobile phone tariffs has always been a hot issue that people are concerned about. How to distinguish and choose a mobile phone package is worth studying. This paper presents the tariff calculation models and tariff calculation programs for each mobile phone package in Beijing and Shanghai, and provides the basis for users to choose packages according to different call demands.
