产科是现今医院中非常重要的科室之一,产科医疗服务质量的好坏直接关系到母婴身体健康和生命安全。在产科病房中,母婴同室管理在一定程度上加大了产科管理的难度。随着相关的法律建设越来越完善,人们的法律意识也不断加强,院方管理不当特别容易引起医患纠纷,尤其在产科护理过程中。“量化管理法”是利用量化原理,把护理工作强度内容量化成标准值,再对护理服务过程进行量化考核的一种管理办法。对护士和医生合理的分配任务,从产妇入院再到新生儿出院,都会安排好每一阶段的护理管理,同时就医护人员进行考核,评先进,充分调动其积极性。此方法能进一步减少医院意外事故的发生,提高患者满意度,为新生儿提供优质的安全护理服务。
Obstetrics is one of the most important departments in the hospital nowadays. The quality of obstetric and medical services is directly related to the health and safety of mothers and their babies. In the maternity ward, maternal and infant room management to a certain extent, increased the difficulty of obstetric management. With the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, people’s awareness of law has also been strengthened. Mismanagement of the hospital side is particularly prone to medical disputes, especially during obstetrics and nursing. “Quantitative Management Law ” is the use of quantitative principles, the content of nursing work intensity into a standard value, and then the nursing service process to quantify a management approach. This method can further reduce the incidence of hospital accidents, improve patient satisfaction, provide quality neonatal safety nursing services.
