目的比较不同的乙醇湿润处理方法对牙本质-树脂粘接强度的影响。方法收集牙本质标本,酸蚀后测量并比较应用不同方案的乙醇湿润处理后所获得的牙本质-树脂微张力拉伸强度。结果标准的序列浓度乙醇溶液处理可产生与树脂粘接剂之间最大的结合力,而以无水乙醇及简化序列乙醇溶液处理所获得的牙本质-树脂粘接力较低。水储存3个月后,标准的序列乙醇溶液处理仍然获得最高的粘接强度。结论利用标准序列浓度的乙醇溶液进行牙本质表面湿润处理仍然是目前提高牙本质-树脂粘接的稳定度及耐久性的最有效方法。
Objective To compare the effects of different ethanol wetting methods on dentin-resin bond strength. Methods Dentin specimens were collected and the dentin-resin tensile strength was measured and compared after acid etching. Results The standard serial concentration ethanol treatment resulted in the highest binding force to the resin adhesive, whereas the dentin-resin adhesion obtained with ethanol and simplified serial ethanol solution was lower. Three months after the water was stored, the highest sequential bond strength was still obtained with standard sequential ethanol solution treatment. Conclusions The use of standard concentrations of ethanol in wet dentin surface treatment is still the most effective way to improve the stability and durability of dentin-resin bonding.
