介绍了TeO_2声光扫描装置的构成和工作原理。该装置关键性部件是声光扫描器及其驱动电源。结合两个最重要的技术问题——扫描等亮度和线性度,叙述了扫描器和驱动源的制作。最后介绍在计算机输出输入设备中两种典型应用的实验结果。
The composition and working principle of TeO_2 acousto-optic scanning device are introduced. The key components of the device are the acousto-optic scanner and its driver. Combined with the two most important technical issues - brightness and linearity of scanning, the scanner and driver are described. Finally, we introduce the experimental results of two typical applications in the computer output input device.
