目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定络石藤中络石苷的方法。方法:甲醇提取药材,大孔吸附树脂吸附后40%乙醇洗脱,反相高效液相色谱法测定,Symmetry C18(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(25:75)流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长 240 nm。结果:络石苷的进样量在0.42-3.36μg范围内,与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);加样回收率98.4%,RSD= 0.6(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、简便、灵敏,适于络石藤中络石苷的含量分析。
Objective: To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of tratillarin in trachomatis. METHODS: Methanol extracts were used for the extraction of macroporous resin after elution with 40% ethanol and RP-HPLC, Symmetry C18 (3.9 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase acetonitrile-water (25:75) flow rate 1.0 ml·min-1, detection wavelength 240 nm. RESULTS: The injection volume of the caserin was in the range of 0.42-3.36 μg, and the linear relationship with the peak area was good (r=0.999 9). The recovery of the sample was 98.4%, and the RSD was 0.6 (n=6). . Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable, simple, and sensitive. It is suitable for the analysis of the content of colostrin in Huo Shi Teng.
