[目的]探讨过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器的设备维护管理和灭菌质量监测的效果,确保医院医疗器械和物品的灭菌质量。[方法]采用物理、化学和生物监测方法,对过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器的性能和灭菌效果进行监测和评价。[结果]监测过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器631批次,908盒内窥镜器械,5 716件物品,灭菌包外化学指示胶带1件不合格为褐色,4件为黄色偏红(灭菌8 h后变为淡黄色),其余物品全部合格均匀变黄色。包内化学指示物颜色全部合格均匀变黄色。嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞生物指示物监测合格。物理监测38次灭菌循环程序中断,其它批次灭菌循环程序顺利通过,灭菌参数达标,物理监测合格。[结论]过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌效果安全、可靠、有效。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of equipment maintenance management and sterilization quality monitoring of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer to ensure the sterilization quality of medical instruments and articles in hospitals. [Method] The performance and sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer were monitored and evaluated by physical, chemical and biological monitoring methods. [Results] 631 batches of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer, 908 boxes of endoscopic instruments and 5 716 items were inspected. One piece of chemical indicating tape of sterilization package failed in brown color and four pieces of yellowish red 8 h after the bacteria into a light yellow), the remaining items all qualified uniform change yellow. The color of the chemical indicator in the bag is all uniform and turns yellow. Microbial thermophilic Bacillus sp. Biological indicator monitoring qualified. Physical monitoring of 38 sterilization cycle interrupt program, the other batch sterilization cycle passed the program, sterilization parameters compliance, physical monitoring qualified. [Conclusion] The sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer is safe, reliable and effective.
