国家经贸委日前对食品行业进行了全面系统的规划。国家经贸委负责人称,《规划》体现了如下几个特点:首先,食品工业基础原料深加工将得到支持并获得发展,继续为大宗农产品寻找出路。为此,国家将支持大豆、牛奶产业化开发,发展健康产业。其次,基础性仪器工业比如制糖、食等将继续贯彻有效退出和优化结构的既定政策。为此,部分省区将整体退出制糖工业;“九五”期间我国食盐工业全面亏损,国家经贸委目前正在制定办法,使食盐工业尽快走出低谷;同时,
The State Economic and Trade Commission recently carried out a comprehensive and systematic plan for the food industry. The person in charge of the State Economic and Trade Commission stated that the “Planning” embodies the following features: First, deep processing of basic raw materials for the food industry will be supported and developed, and will continue to find a way out for bulk agricultural products. To this end, the country will support the industrialization of soybeans and milk and develop the health industry. Second, basic instrument industries such as sugar and food will continue to implement established policies for effective exit and optimization of the structure. For this reason, some provinces and regions will withdraw from the sugar industry as a whole; during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, China’s salt industry will suffer a total loss, and the State Economic and Trade Commission is currently formulating measures to make the salt industry go out of its slack as soon as possible;
