高职高专英语教学是高职高专教育的重要组成部分。随着社会的快速发展,信息化时代已逐渐深入,高职高专英语教学随之也进入了一个新的时期,高职高专为与新的教学改革相适应,同时为给社会培养出更多的具有较高英语应用水平的复合型人才,首要任务就是要深化英语教学的改革问题,将改革确切的落到实处。本文从英语课程教学基本要求及教学目标、英语教学硬件及软件设施、英语师资力量等方面分析当前高职院校英语教学现状,进一步探讨问题产生的原因,提出应对策略,对促进高职高专英语教学的健康发展具有现实意义。
