利用正交实验对Al和Cr生成的金属间化合物增强铝基复合材料进行硬度测试,探究各因素、水平对铝的增强效果,并找出最优方案。结果表明,Al-Cr/Al复合材料通过机械搅拌铸造法能成功制备;复合材料的硬度得到显著提高,最高可增强241%;其影响因素的大小依次是铬含量、铬粉粒径、搅拌温度、搅拌时间;实验的最优方案:铬含量12%,搅拌温度915℃,搅拌时间4 min,铬粉粒径48μm。
The orthogonal test was used to test the hardness of the Al-Cr and Al-Cr intermetallic composite reinforced aluminum matrix composites. The effect of various factors and levels on the aluminum reinforcement was explored, and the optimal solution was found out. The results show that the Al-Cr / Al composites can be successfully prepared by mechanical stirring casting method. The hardness of the composites can be improved remarkably by up to 241%. The influencing factors are chromium content, chromium powder size, stirring temperature , Stirring time; the optimal experimental program: chromium content 12%, stirring temperature 915 ℃, stirring time 4 min, chrome powder particle size 48μm.
