近年来,紫外消毒技术在水处理领域的应用日趋广泛。紫外消毒器的可靠性主要依赖于其出厂时的剂量验证和长期运行过程中的在线监控,为此,重点介绍了紫外消毒器辐射剂量的验证方法、长期运行中的影响因素以及在线监控方法。首先,采用国际通用的生物剂量法对用于二次供水的两个紫外消毒器的辐射剂量进行了验证;然后,通过安装自主研发的三参数在线监测系统,对其中一个消毒器进行了长达一个月的实时监测。结果表明,紫外消毒器在实际运行中并不稳定,多种因素(特别是灯管输出和套管污染)会明显影响辐射剂量,可见紫外消毒器的在线监控对于保障消毒效果至关重要。
In recent years, UV disinfection technology in the field of water treatment is increasingly widespread. The reliability of UV disinfection mainly depends on its factory-made dose verification and on-line monitoring during long-term operation. To this end, the verification methods of UV sterilizer radiation dose, the influencing factors in long-term operation and the on-line monitoring method are mainly introduced. First, the radiation doses of two UV sterilizers used for secondary water supply were verified by an internationally accepted biological dosimetry method. Then, one of the sterilizers was tested for up to one year by installing an in-house developed three-parameter on-line monitoring system One month’s real-time monitoring. The results show that the UV sterilizer is not stable in practice. Various factors (especially the lamp output and casing pollution) can significantly affect the radiation dose. Therefore, the online monitoring of the UV sterilizer is very important for ensuring the disinfection effect.
