茶叶是中国饮食文化中不可或缺的要素,在国民经济收入不断提升、人民生活质量不断提高的背景下,茶叶产品的需求量持续上升。由于茶叶品种繁多、市场定位差异较大,目前我国茶叶价格并没有形成统一的标准,对茶叶的生产和消费都造成了一定的负面影响。笔者结合茶叶生产要素成本及市场价格机制因素进行研究,对影响茶叶价格的深层次原因进行剖析,并针对茶叶价格形成中存在的问题,提出有效的解决策略。
Tea is an indispensable element in Chinese food culture. With the continuous improvement of national economy income and continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for tea products continues to rise. Due to the variety of tea varieties and the large differences in market positioning, the current standard of tea prices in our country does not form a unified standard, which has caused some negative impacts on tea production and consumption. The author studies the factor of tea production cost and the mechanism of market price, analyzes the deep-seated reasons that affect the price of tea, and proposes an effective solution to the existing problems in the formation of tea price.
