目的研究5种化学消毒剂的消毒效果,为高等级生物安全实验室相关设施设备选择合适的液体消毒剂和消毒方案提供参考依据。方法采用定性消毒试验法,分别比较5种常见消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢两种不同载体生物指示剂的浸泡消毒效果。结果 0.2%过氧乙酸在10 min内能够完全杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢;2%过氧化氢对芽孢悬液和芽孢试纸条的杀灭时间分别为10 min和5 h;混合季铵盐(5%~10%)和1%的84消毒液作用5 h能够有效消毒;10%新洁尔灭在5 h内无杀灭效果。结论过氧乙酸和过氧化氢的浸泡消毒效果好于其他3种化学消毒剂,高等级生物安全实验室废液浸泡消毒应优先选择这2种消毒剂。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of five kinds of chemical disinfectants and provide references for choosing suitable liquid disinfectants and disinfection programs for related facilities and facilities of high-level biological safety laboratories. Methods The qualitative disinfection test was used to compare the disinfection effects of five common disinfectants on the biological indicators of two different vectors of B. subtilis black mutant spores. Results 0.2% peracetic acid could completely kill Bacillus subtilis black spores within 10 min. The kill time of spore suspension and spore strips with 2% hydrogen peroxide was 10 min and 5 h respectively. (5% ~ 10%) and 1% 84 disinfectant for 5 h effectively disinfected; 10% benzalkonium bromide within 5 h without killing effect. Conclusions The soaking and disinfecting effect of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide is better than the other three kinds of chemical disinfectants. The two kinds of disinfectants should be preferentially chosen for soaking and disinfecting waste liquid in high-grade biosafety laboratories.
