FastPlace是一种快速的布局方法,能够有效的解决大规模布局问题.它以二次线长建模,采用力驱动方法消除模块间的重叠.本文对FastPlace算法进行了分析,讨论了其原理、出发点和实现方法,并对一些技术细节如网格划分、附加单元模块的添加、虚拟网络的权重等做出理论推导和讨论.同时,通过实验讨论各个参数的设置对布局算法的影响,从而在实现的过程中对参数做相应的调整,实验验证算法的有效性和稳定性.
FastPlace is a fast layout method that can effectively solve the problem of large-scale layout.It uses quadratic length modeling and force-driven method to eliminate the overlap between modules.This paper analyzes the FastPlace algorithm, discusses its principle, Starting point and implementation method, and makes some theoretical deductions and discussions on some technical details such as meshing, addition of additional unit modules, weight of virtual network, etc. At the same time, the influence of the setting of each parameter on the layout algorithm is discussed experimentally, In the process of realization, the parameters are adjusted accordingly, and the validity and stability of the algorithm are verified experimentally.
