实现维语汉语双语教育有利于维族更加长远地发展,也有利于维族人民更好地与社会接轨。可是当前,“双语教师”在教师队伍中所占的比例非常小,优秀的“双语教师”更是少之又少,而且由于政策原因,双语教师的待遇没有得到较好的改善,这些原因导致了双语教学的实施相当困难。为了使双语教学能够跟上时代的步伐,适应社会的需要,必须结合现实情况改变该状况。主要就保证双语教学质量的途径与方法进行探究,提出了可以通过建立相关的双语教学保障机构、加大维语教学力度等方式来促进双语教育的长足发展。
The realization of bilingual Chinese language education in Uyghur language is conducive to the development of Uyghur people in the longer term and also helps the Uyghur people to better integrate with the society. However, at present, the proportion of “bilingual teachers” in the teaching staff is very small. There are very few outstanding bilingual teachers, and because of policy reasons, the treatment of bilingual teachers has not been well improved , These reasons led to the implementation of bilingual education is quite difficult. In order to make bilingual education keep pace with the times and adapt to the needs of society, we must change the situation according to the actual situation. Mainly to explore the ways and means to ensure the quality of bilingual teaching, put forward that we can promote the rapid development of bilingual education through the establishment of relevant bilingual teaching support institutions and the promotion of Uyghur language teaching.
