目的:分析金属烤瓷牙的临床应用过程和方法。方法:选取2010年11月~2012年11月期间在我院接受烤瓷牙修复的90例患者的临床修复资料进行分析。结果:本组病例经过跟踪随访,286颗金属烤瓷牙至今为止使用情况良好,排列自然、无前突、扭转、接触良好,边缘封闭性好,患者满意。结论:金属烤瓷牙修复法具有外观美观、形态逼真、坚固耐磨、与天然牙功能相同、良好的生物相容性和不刺激口腔组织、易清洁等优点。金属烤瓷牙不但恢复了牙齿的功能,还起到了美容的作用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application process and method of metal porcelain teeth. Methods: The clinical data of 90 patients who received porcelain restoration in our hospital from November 2010 to November 2012 were analyzed. Results: After follow-up, 286 metal porcelain teeth were used in good condition, arranged in a natural way without protrusion, reversed, and contacted well, and the edge sealing was good and the patients were satisfied. Conclusion: The porcelain dental restoration method has the advantages of beautiful appearance, vivid shape, strong and durable, same function with natural teeth, good biocompatibility, no irritation of the oral cavity and easy cleaning. Metal porcelain teeth not only restore the function of the teeth, but also played a role in beauty.
