《健康56点》是由河北经济频道与佳视传媒共同承制并推出的一档生活服务类健康养生节目。在河北经济频道播出时间为每天16:55～17:30,重播时间为周一至周六01:15～01:50,周日00:45～01:20。由于节目的真实性和实用性,受众人群不断扩大,收视率一路飙升。应观众要求,于不同时段在中国教育电视台、河南公共频道、深圳财经生活频道等频道播出,其实力和潜在价值不容小觑。
