文章首先分析了对外贸易和FDI对区域间人力资本人口配置结构差异的影响机理。然后基于1990-2013年的省级面板数据,采用系统广义矩估计方法实证研究,发现东部地区的对外贸易和FDI降低了人力资本基尼系数,通过了显著性检验,中西部地区的对外贸易和FDI也降低了人力资本基尼系数,但没有通过显著性检验,即三大区域对外贸易和FDI优化了各自区域人力资本人口配置结构。最后我们利用泰尔系数分别计算出区域间对外贸易和FDI差异,利用人力资本基尼系数的标准差系数来衡量区域间人力资本人口配置结构差异,进行回归分析,发现区域间对外贸易和FDI差异拉大了区域间人力资本人口配置结构差异。
The article first analyzes the influence mechanism of foreign trade and FDI on the differences of inter-regional human capital population allocation structure. Then, based on the provincial panel data from 1990 to 2013, the author uses the empirical study of the system GMM to find out that the foreign trade and FDI in the eastern region have reduced the Gini coefficient of human capital, passed the test of significance, the foreign trade and FDI in the central and western regions But also reduced the Gini coefficient of human capital but did not pass the test of significance.
