内源性内眼炎是败血症的罕见并发症,炎症侵犯眼球内组织,89％患者视力明显下降,常伴发心内膜炎、肺炎、脑膜炎、肾盂肾炎和下尿路感染。克雷白肺炎杆菌性肝脓疡引起内眼炎不多见。作者在1986～1993年间收治的352例化脓性肝脓疡中发现11例伴发脓毒性内眼炎,其中1例入院时曾诊断为脑膜炎,病人均有发热和寒颤,3例有腹痛,4例入院时呈休克状态。3例有多发性肝脓疡,8例有单个脓疡。9例男性,2例女性,平均年龄49.8岁(43～60岁)。另有脑脓疡1例,ARDS 2例,肾功能衰竭1例、脓胸和坏死性筋膜炎各1例。8例一眼受累,3例双眼感染。7例有糖尿病。血糖不易控制。1例有肝内结 Endogenous endophthalmitis is a rare complication of sepsis, inflammation infringes the eyeball tissue, 89% of patients with decreased visual acuity, often accompanied by endocarditis, pneumonia, meningitis, pyelonephritis and lower urinary tract infection.
