灭蚊苏芸金朴菌(H_(14))1897菌株半固体发酵试验结果。在5种自选培养基上选出发酵物毒力较高的培养基进行L8(2~7)正交试验,所优选的培养基发酵物(0.5ppm)对致乏库蚊三龄幼虫的校正死亡率为99%。该培养基进行半固体发酵培养条件是,在28℃培养,半固体发酵以料厚2.5厘米为宜,接种量以1%为宜,出料时间为42—48小时,覆盖物以一层报纸为宜。半固体发酵中的料温变化为28℃—32℃—28℃,pH值变化为6.7—8.5。按上述优选的培养基和培养条件分别培养苏芸金杆菌(H_(14))1897和187菌株,两菌株半固体发酵物稀释至0.5ppm,对三龄臻乏库蚊幼虫的校正死亡率分别为91%和93%。1897菌株半固体发酵制剂0.1ppm和0.5ppm对致乏库蚊一龄幼虫的校正死亡率均为100%,对二龄幼虫分别为84%和100%,对三龄幼虫分别为15%和85%,对四龄幼虫分别为1.3%和53%。
