螺旋CT扫描为容积扫描,一定程度上克服了常规CT的不足,在肾脏应用方面与常规CT比较,有以下优势:①能多期成像,诊断信息量明显增加,因此对肾内病变,特别是小肾癌的诊断准确性增加;②可更好地显示血管结构,如肾动脉狭窄,其它肾血管异常等,对肿瘤的血管侵犯也能显示的更佳;③通过多平面重建,三维重建可更好的显示肾内病变的三维空间结构,对外科手术治疗计划的制定有更多的帮助。
