建立现代企业制度是发展社会化大生产和市场经济的必然要求,是国有企业改革的方向。为了贯彻落实党的十四届三中全会《关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,搞好搞活有色金属工业企业,加快有色金属工业的体制改革,总公司党组在1994年初召开的全国有色金属工业工作会上提出了建立现代企业制度是有色金属总公司今后几年内的中心任务之一。经过一年多的准备和试点工作,建立现代企业制度的工作有了较大的进展,取得了初步成果。
