目前,国内重型机械,如大型陶瓷球磨机、大型搅拌机和石油开采机专用设备传递负荷大、速度低、作业环境恶劣、电机功率大、皮带轮直径大,使用国标正常V带在传动过程中易出现跳带、翻滚、断裂、伸长、使用寿命短等质量问题,且皮带损坏频率高,更换检修不方便,影响生产,造成生产效率低,不能满足设备和客户要求。因此给传动V带提出更高的质量要求,所需V带的强度超出正常V带的强度范围,耐磨性能和使用寿命达到1年左右,V带在传动过程中
