从家兔睾丸中制备了生精细胞生长因子（ＳＧＦ）粗制品，在分子量１０～４０ｋＤ组分中可检出其活性。实验结果表明，ＳＧＦ能刺激睾丸中生精细胞分裂，促进ＤＮＡ的合成，但对其它细胞生长无影响。
The spermatogenic cell growth factor (SGF) crude product was prepared from rabbit testis and its activity was detected in the molecular weight of 10 ~ 40kD. The experimental results show that SGF can stimulate spermatogenic cell division in testes and promote the synthesis of DNA, but has no effect on the growth of other cells.
