工程量清单主要是提高造价工作者的编制水平,对做好工程造价的管理,以及有效控制投资的一种技术文件,对实现项目预期的社会效益和经济效益具有非常重要的作用。只有认真分析拟建工程的项目构成和各项影响因素,多方面接触工程实际,才能编制出高水平的工程量清单。对此,本文将基于笔者多年的工程量清单编制实践,对工程量清单编制的要求以及影响其准确性的因素进行探究,并据此探讨工程量清单编制在造价预算中的应用,从而为有效地推动工程量清单编制水平提升奠定坚实的基础。
