目的:建立采用阴离子交换-反相混合型固相萃取小柱对酒类样品进行前处理方法,用高效液相法-二极管阵列检测器测定其中7种合成色素。方法:检测条件:Gemini C18,甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器,柱温为室温,检测波长为245 nm,530 nm,630 nm。结果:7种合成色素线性范围为2~40μg/ml,方法检出限为0.2μg/ml;柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红的加标回收率分别为97.9%,96.6%,89.4%,98.3%,101.5,100.8%,100.9%;精密度RSD%分别为1.8%,1.5%,3.0%,1.7%,2.3%,1.9%,1.4%。结论:本法的前处理简单、方便,样品用量小,回收率高,方法重复性满足试验要求。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the pretreatment of alcoholic samples by anion exchange-reversed phase mixed solid phase extraction cartridges and determine the seven synthetic pigments by HPLC with diode array detector. Methods: The detection conditions were as follows: Gemini C18, methanol-0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate as mobile phase, gradient elution, diode array detector at room temperature with detection wavelength at 245 nm, 530 nm and 630 nm. Results: The linear range of the seven synthetic pigments was 2 ~ 40μg / ml with the detection limit of 0.2μg / ml. The spiked recoveries of lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, seductive red, brilliant blue and erythrosine The rates of precision were 97.9%, 96.6%, 89.4%, 98.3%, 101.5%, 100.8%, 100.9%, respectively. The precision RSD% were 1.8%, 1.5%, 3.0%, 1.7%, 2.3%, 1.9% and 1.4% respectively. Conclusion: The pretreatment of this method is simple and convenient, the sample dosage is small, the recovery rate is high, and the method repeatability meets the test requirements.
