大学生的全面素质分为智力素质和非智力素质两部分,其中非智力素质在人才培养中的作用很大,它具有动力、定向、引导、维持、强化等一系列相互联系的作用。随着高等学校体制改革的深化,高等教育的课程体系、教学内容以及招生、就业制度等诸多方面都发生了变化,这一切对大学生的学习心理活动必然产生直接的影响。因此,分析和研究新时期大学生学习动机,对跨世纪人才的培养具有一定的现实意义。
The overall quality of undergraduates is divided into two parts: intelligence quality and non-intelligence quality. Among them, non-intelligence quality plays a great role in personnel training. It has such a series of interrelated functions as motivation, orientation, guidance, maintenance and reinforcement. With the deepening of institutional reform in colleges and universities, the curriculum system, teaching content, enrollment and employment system of higher education have undergone changes in many aspects, all of which have a direct impact on the psychological activities of college students. Therefore, analyzing and studying the motivation of college students in the new period has some practical significance for the training of talents in the new century.
