在国际企业竞争的条件下,企业管理已然成为企业发展的前提。本文从企业经营模式,决策与生产,思维创新与管理这三个方面比较中日企业管理的区别,全面阐述了中国企业的员工对企业忠诚度低,参与感弱;过于注重产品效率,缺乏创新;管理缺乏实际性,对员工关注度低,这三方面问题。针对问题通过对日本企业管理特点的分析及探究,汲取日本企业管理的精华,建立适合中国企业的管理方法。
Under the conditions of international competition, business management has become a prerequisite for the development of enterprises. This article compares the differences between China and Japan in business management from three aspects: business model, decision-making and production, thinking innovation and management. It comprehensively expounds the low loyalty and weak participation of the employees of Chinese enterprises to the enterprise; over-emphasis on product efficiency and lack of innovation ; Lack of practical management, low level of concern to staff, these three issues. To solve the problem through the analysis of the characteristics of Japanese business management and exploration, to learn the essence of Japanese business management, the establishment of management methods suitable for Chinese enterprises.
