NaClO碱性体系处理含砷难处理金矿的研究已有报道,但无论从机理上还是从工艺指标上来讲都有待于深入研究。本文初步分析了金在NaClO强碱性体系中的热力学行为,不同pH值下金酸的溶液化学平衡。采用瓷球磨机,边磨边反应,消除氢氧化物固体生成物层对反应的阻止作用,实现Fe-AsS、FeS2的破坏分解和金的浸出同时进行,实现广西某选厂含砷金精矿金的一步浸出,金的浸出率在20min内达到91.9%。
The study on the treatment of arsenic-refractory gold ore by NaClO alkaline system has been reported, but it needs to be further studied both in terms of mechanism and technological index.
