目的研究分化抗原簇蛋白24(cluster of differentiation-24,CD24)在宫颈癌的临床分期和病理组织分型中的表达和关系。方法以宫颈癌40例为观察组1;宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)35例为观察组2;慢性宫颈炎正常宫颈组织20例为对照组。三组患者均采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶方法(streptavidin peroxidase,SP)进行CD24表达检测。结果宫颈癌及CIN患者中CD24蛋白表达主要在癌细胞及病变细胞的细胞膜和胞浆中。宫颈癌细胞CD24阳性36例,阳性率为90%;CIN患者宫颈组织中CD24阳性15例,阳性率为42.9%;正常宫颈组织中CD24的表达阳性为0例,阳性率为0.00%。阳性率随着宫颈病变程度逐渐升高,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),宫颈癌的组织病理分型及临床分期、CIN的组织病理分级的CD24表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫颈癌及CIN宫颈组织中CD24表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织,且与病理组织分型及临床分期无关。CD24的高表达可能为宫颈癌的治疗提供新理论依据。
Objective To study the expression and relationship of cluster of differentiation-24 (CD24) in clinical stage and pathological type of cervical cancer. Methods 40 cases of cervical cancer were observed group 1; 35 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) were observed group 2; 20 cases of chronic cervicitis normal cervical tissue as control group. The three groups of patients were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase (streptavidin peroxidase, SP) CD24 expression. Results The expression of CD24 protein in cervical cancer and CIN was mainly in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cancer cells and diseased cells. Cervical cancer cells CD24 positive 36 cases, the positive rate was 90%; CIN cervical CD24 positive in 15 cases, the positive rate was 42.9%; normal cervical tissue CD24 expression was positive in 0 cases, the positive rate was 0.00%. The positive rate of cervical lesions with cervical lesions gradually increased, the difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), cervical cancer histological type and clinical stage, CIN histopathological grade CD24 expression positive rate was no statistical difference Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of CD24 in cervical cancer and CIN cervical tissue is significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue, and has no relation with the pathological type and clinical stage. The high expression of CD24 may provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of cervical cancer.
