少年儿童体育锻炼的任务就是全面锻炼身体,促进正常的生长发育。通过锻炼,培养身体的正确姿态,促进生理机能、身体素质和人体基本活动的全面发展;增强对外界环境的适应能力和对疾病的抵抗能力。针对少儿形体训练制订一套完整的方案,改善骨的血液供应,使其得到充分的营养物质,促进骨细胞的增殖,加速钙化,使骨质坚实,形成一种优美挺拔的体态。
Children’s physical exercise is the task of a comprehensive exercise, promote normal growth and development.
