1994年底,丹江口管理局被国务院列入百家现代企业制度试点单位。1996年10月丹江口管理局经过产权改制正式成立了汉江水利水电(集团)有限公司。近年来,公司通过完善法人治理结构,逐步形成了母子公司、分公司、事业法人单位等多种形式的机构框架,企业的现代化管理格局已初具雏形。这些变化对公司的财务管理工作提出了新的要求。
By the end of 1994, Danjiangkou Authority was included in the State Council hundred units of modern enterprise system pilot. In October 1996, the Danjiangkou Administration formally established Han River Water Conservancy and Hydropower (Group) Co., Ltd. through property rights restructuring. In recent years, the Company has gradually formed various institutional frameworks such as parent-subsidiary companies, branch offices, and corporate units under the corporate governance structure, and the pattern of modern management of the enterprise has taken shape. These changes set new demands on the company’s financial management.
