光学分度台在计量工作中以往较少采用。近年来随着精密零件的增多,光学分度台的应用也普遍了。像图1所要求的零件用一般精度的测角仪或工具镜是难以完成测量任务的,我厂利用光学分度台(图2),借助于其它辅具进行测量,实践证明,线值测量误差可在0.005mm以内,角度误差可在1′以内。现将典型零件五项被测项目的测量方法介绍如下。
