任何一个历史问题,都必须具备时间、地点、人物、事件这四个基本条件。撰写历史,如果不明地理,就无法使历史事件的过程条理分明;研究历史,如果没有地理知识,就无法彻底搞清历史事件的过程及其真相。这充分说明地理在史学中的重要地位以及与史学的密切关系。
Any one historical issue must have the four basic conditions of time, place, people and events. Writing history can not make the process of historical events unambiguous unless you understand it. Studying history can not thoroughly understand the process and the truth of historical events without geographic knowledge. This fully shows that geography in the history of the important position and the close relationship with history.
