目的探讨2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭的患者血红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与B型脑钠肽(BNP)对心功能的评价作用。方法以2013年1至12月在第二军医大学附属长海医院住院治疗的2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者为研究组(134例),不合并心力衰竭的2型糖尿病患者为对照组(126例),检测其RDW、BNP及血红蛋白水平,并以超声心动图评价其心功能。比较两组间实验室检查指标的差异,并分析RDW与BNP的相关性。结果研究组患者RDW和BNP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而两组间血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组RDW与BNP水平呈显著正相关(P<0.01),而与血红蛋白水平不相关(P>0.05)。对照组RDW与BNP及血红蛋白水平均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者RDW与BNP水平显著相关,RDW是2型糖尿病患者识别和评价心力衰竭的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of RDW and BNP on cardiac function in type 2 diabetic patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 134 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure admitted to Changhai Hospital affiliated to Second Military Medical University from January to December 2013 were enrolled in this study. Patients with type 2 diabetes without heart failure (n = 126) , Detected their RDW, BNP and hemoglobin levels, and echocardiographic evaluation of cardiac function. The difference of laboratory indexes between the two groups was compared and the correlation between RDW and BNP was analyzed. Results The levels of RDW and BNP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the hemoglobin levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between RDW and BNP (P <0.01), but not with hemoglobin (P> 0.05). There was no correlation between RDW and BNP and hemoglobin in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between RDW and BNP levels in type 2 diabetic patients with heart failure. RDW is one of the indicators of type 2 diabetes in patients with heart failure.
