目的评价不同桩系统和剩余牙根组织量对根管治疗后牙根抗折强度的影响。方法选择2014年5月至2015年5月于郑州市口腔医院因牙周病拔除的70颗新鲜上颌尖牙分为对照组、实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、实验组5和实验组6,每组10颗。对照组牙根壁厚度为全厚,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3牙根壁厚度为2 mm,实验组4、实验组5、实验组6牙根壁厚度为1 mm。对照组不做任何处理,实验组1、实验组4采用纤维桩（FP）进行修复;实验组2、实验组5采用纤维桩外衬复合树脂（FPC）进行修复;实验组3、实验组6采用镍
