目的探讨如何正确掌握腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）手术适应证,合理运用手术技巧,预防并发症的临床体会。方法回顾分析我院1997年~2011年的5 100例LC的临床资料,对病例的选择、手术技巧的运用、并发症的预防进行的总结探讨。结果 5 100例LC术,中转开腹38例,中转率0.75%,术中胆总管损伤1例,术后出血1例。结论术前病例评估、术者熟练的手术技巧以及正确把握中转手术指针是LC术成功的关键。
