低碳经济的发展催生了战略性新兴产业,而战略性新兴产业的发展又使得低碳经济成为可能。同时,战略性新兴产业对于地区产业结构优化升级和转变经济增长方式有重要作用。文章在阐述低碳经济和战略性新兴产业的内涵的基础上,深入探讨低碳经济下区域战略性新兴产业选择的评价指标体系,采用Weaver-Thomas和层次分析法建立评价模型,并进行了实证分析。
The development of a low-carbon economy has given birth to strategic emerging industries, and the development of strategic emerging industries has made it possible for a low-carbon economy. At the same time, strategic emerging industries play an important role in optimizing and upgrading the regional industrial structure and transforming the mode of economic growth. On the basis of expounding the connotation of low-carbon economy and strategic emerging industries, the article deeply discusses the evaluation index system of regional strategic emerging industries under the low-carbon economy, establishes the evaluation model by using Weaver-Thomas and AHP, and conducts empirical research analysis.
