对 1 Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了热浸镀稀土铝合金处理和抗高温氧化性能的试验。高温氧化性能试验选择 90 0°C、80 0°C、70 0°C三个氧化温度。试验结果表明 ,三个氧化温度下 1 Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢浸镀件的抗高温氧化性能均优于原材 ,但不同温度下的氧化速度及氧化动力学趋势与原材相比不尽相同。
1 Cr1 8Ni9Ti stainless steel hot-dip galvanized rare earth alloy treatment and high temperature oxidation resistance test. The experimental results show that the oxidation resistance of 1 Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel immersion parts at three oxidation temperatures is better than that of the starting materials. However, the oxidation rate and oxidation kinetics trends at different temperatures are different from those of the raw materials.
