采用数值模拟方法研究了两种浇注系统下的节气门体低压充型和凝固过程。分析比较了不同浇注系统下的铸件充型、凝固特点以及铸件缺陷。结果表明:垂直浇注系统使铸件不同部位自下而上平稳充型,实现了金属顺序凝固,减少了易发生缩孔、疏松缺陷的部位,保证了铸件整体质量。
The numerical simulation method was used to study the low pressure filling and solidification process of throttle body under two kinds of casting systems. The casting filling, solidification characteristics and casting defects under different casting systems were analyzed and compared. The results show that the vertical casting system enables the different parts of the castings to be filled smoothly from bottom to top, which realizes the sequential solidification of the metal, reduces the parts prone to shrinkage and porosity and ensures the overall quality of the castings.
