在发扬救死扶伤的革命人道主义精神指引下,于1977—1981年,我们抢救成功一些患有各种疾病的严重心律失常或伴发阿斯综合征的患者,本文就其资料比较完整的10例进行报导和讨论。现将患者的基本疾病,主要心律失常类型,并发症,引起心律失常的主因及抢救治疗经过等详见附表。从表内看出有8例患不同原因的心脏病;其中5例在病程中发生过阿斯综合征一次
