在矿山机械的试验与使用过程中,无拆卸的机器故障诊断与预测具有很重要的意义。在工作面或者试验台架上及时发现正在发展的结构缺陷,可以防止其它元件发生突发性破坏,同时也可以有效地降低修理成本,查明致使某个零件损坏的直接原因。
In the process of testing and using of mining machinery, it is very important to diagnose and predict the machine without disassembly. Identifying developing structural defects on the work surface or test bench in a timely manner can prevent sudden damage to other components and can also effectively reduce repair costs and find out the direct cause of damage to a certain component.
